I have some anxieties and sometimes I don't know if I want to share that to other people. And traditional journaling wouldn't give me the feedback I want. I used to just chat with ChatGPT about my issues but the response is very dry (I guess my lack of prompting engineering skills?) And I think Rosebud had gotten ahead with prompt engineering and got me some really good responses regarding mental health problems.

Ever since I started using Rosebud, it's helped me to identify certain pitfalls within my thinking. By having a journal (AI) that talks back to me, it puts a lot of things into perspective about my day. Normally I might file the day under: Bad or Good, but with Rosebud's help, I'm able to see that my day consists of various perspectives. This has encouraged me to look at life very differently. It's the only journal I have decided to have a go due to the prompted conversation style. I can't free journal on a blank paper. I have found the prompts really insightful and feel it's helped me become more aware of my mental states. The pre-formatted guides are very good too for that. It's been great to have someone to talk to about my thoughts and have responses with suggestions and points of view. It's been a great journey so far!

I have never been able to sustain on paper journaling. So far I am a regular here. Most successful pen and paper journals have been ones with prompts. This is so much better. This could become the core of my practice

I actually really enjoy using this. I feel like it is kind of like having a friend/counselor/support person/whatever you want to call it in your pocket. I love that you can access it on various devices really easily. I love that it gives you guided questions to encourage you to keep writing and think positively. The happiness recipe is an awesome feature. I feel like since I have started using this, I am feeling less stressed and overwhelmed. It is so easy to do this that I can do it quickly and still feel it was in depth enough. I absolutely love the happiness recipe feature and the idea of manifesting the suggestions. I have actually managed to keep my streak of doing a daily reflection for over 20 days. Usually I would have quit journaling by now.

This is AMAZING!!! I have had so much on my plate and I have ADHD that is a more recent development/discovery, so Journaling has been a goal of mine for a long time but I find it difficult to maintain. I enjoy this app! With a 7-day work schedule, I seldom find time to record my own thoughts. People underestimate the challenges of running a business consistently. I am on a 3 day streak with Rosebud and cannot see a reason why I wouldn't use the app every day. I type in my toughest stuff....things I am really wrestling with.....and most of it makes me feel just BAD about myself in general. Rosebud has a way of taking what I say and giving me a deeper insight....an insight that actually makes me feel GOOD about myself. It's an AI paradigm shift. I want to try to journal every afternoon as a way to center my day or every night.
